Your clients get AI data offers. Send them to us.
We compare buyers and keep confidential data out. You get a share of the referral fee the buyer pays us.
Why your clients may qualify
Buyers publish requirements such as minimum headcount and years of history. Most look for companies with roughly 20 to 30 or more employees, a few years of records in cloud tools, and data in English. See each buyer's published criteria.
MSPs and IT providers
You already administer the Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack tenants buyers ask about, and you know which clients have years of clean history.
CPAs and fractional CFOs
You see the books and know which owners are planning an exit or looking for non-dilutive cash. You also know tax data must stay out, which makes you a careful introducer.
Business attorneys
Your clients will need someone to read the buyer agreement anyway. A referral keeps you in the deal and the scope review in your hands.
M&A and business brokers
Data licensing can add value before a sale, or be carved out of one. Raise it early so it does not surprise a buyer in diligence.
Wind-down and bankruptcy professionals
Closing companies are often the strongest candidates. Data can be one of the last assets with value. See closing a company.
How it works
- You sign the one-page partner agreement and get your link.
- You mention the opportunity to a client and get their OK to introduce them.
- The client runs the value check from your link, or you email an introduction.
- We review fit, compare buyers, and help the client set scope and exclusions. You stay copied if the client wants.
- The client signs directly with a buyer. When the buyer pays our referral fee, we pay your share.
Ground rules
- Introduce only clients who have agreed to be introduced.
- No cold bulk email, bought lists, or paid ads on buyer brand names.
- Never promise an amount. We do not, and neither do buyers.
- Disclose your share to the client in writing.
- Do not handle client data for the deal; it moves only between the client and the buyer.
Partner signup
We reply within two business days with the agreement and your link.
Questions
How much is the revenue share?
We share part of the referral fee we receive from the buyer for each client you introduce who signs. The exact split is in the one-page partner agreement and depends on how involved you want to be. We tell you the number before you refer anyone.
When do partners get paid?
After the buyer pays us for that client. Buyers pay referral fees at different points (for example after data is delivered and accepted), so timing follows the buyer's terms, which we publish on the tracker.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Companies pay nothing. Fees come from buyers.
Do I have to disclose that I am paid?
Yes. Tell your client in writing that you receive a share of a referral fee. Several buyers require referrers to disclose compensation, and it is the right thing to do. Regulated professionals should check their own rules (for example, CPA and bar rules on referral fees); some choose to pass the share to the client or decline it.
How is a referral attributed to me?
Each partner gets a personal link (selldata.ai/value-check/?ref=your-name). Clients who start the value check from it are tagged to you. You can also email us an introduction with the client copied.
Will you contact my clients directly?
Only clients you introduce, and only about the deal you introduced. We do not market other services to them.
